Overview
Resin is a modular data pipeline that connects Salesforce donor records to an intelligent prioritization layer. It extracts donors matching risk and opportunity patterns, scores them with AI reasoning, blends in organizational context, and syncs enriched data for dashboard consumption. The system combines:
- Automated Extraction - Query Salesforce for donors matching risk/opportunity patterns (lapse risk, recovery, stewardship, upgrades, pipeline, events)
- AI Prioritization - Score and rank candidates with Claude reasoning, generate weekly focus queues for staff
- Intelligent Enrichment - Blend raw extractions with organizational context (staff assignments, gift tiers, stewardship history)
- Dashboard Ready - Sync enriched data to Cloudflare R2 for web dashboard consumption
Technical Foundation
Built as a modular data pipeline combining:
- Extraction & Prioritization - Agent-based specs that run in Claude Code for human oversight
- Python Enrichment - Data transformation using UV environment with org context
- Cloudflare Infrastructure - MCP servers for multi-tenant Salesforce access, R2 for data sync
- CLI Orchestration - DevOps commands to run stages individually or combined
