Kairos
Personal productivity system built on markdown files, Obsidian, and Claude Code. AI handles synthesis—weekly reviews write themselves, patterns surface without hunting for them.
An AI-augmented productivity system that observes your patterns and surfaces insights.
Greek: kairos (καιρός) - the right moment, opportune timing. The system is fundamentally about timing: when to work, when to recover, when to push, when to stop.
The Paradigm Shift
Old model: Buy the system, learn the methodology, develop the discipline to conform to it.
This model: Work naturally. System observes, codifies, and executes YOUR patterns. Discipline is not required because the system runs itself.
Templates become outputs, not inputs. Structure emerges from behavior.
Why This Is Different
Franklin Planner: “Here’s how to prioritize. Learn our A/B/C system. Buy our refills.”
Kairos: “Here’s what you actually did. Here’s what kept slipping. Here’s what flowed. What do you want to do about it?”
The system doesn’t prescribe. It observes, synthesizes, and surfaces. You decide.
The Shift
| Traditional | Kairos |
|---|---|
| You maintain lists | System reads your logs |
| You write the weekly review | System drafts, you edit |
| You block time manually | System generates blocks from planning conversation |
| You notice patterns | System surfaces patterns |
| You enforce discipline | You show up; system handles the rest |
It’s cruise control. You still steer. But you’re not pumping the gas and watching the speedometer.
